Mission

Miracle Leaf Texas exists to make the Texas Compassionate Use Program (CUP) navigable for the patients it was written for. Our mission is to remove friction between a qualifying diagnosis and a lawful, CURT-registered physician evaluation.

Texas-Specific Approach

CURT-Registered Physicians

All evaluations are performed by physicians registered with the Texas Compassionate Use Registry (CURT) maintained by the Texas Department of Public Safety. A physician must be CURT-registered to enter a patient into the registry, which is the gating step before a Texas-licensed dispensary can fill an order.

Telehealth-First

We deliver evaluations primarily over telehealth, available statewide in Texas. This reduces travel burden for patients in rural counties and patients with mobility-limiting qualifying conditions.

Compliance Commitment

Miracle Leaf Texas operates exclusively under the Texas Compassionate Use Program framework defined by HB 1535 and subsequent updates. We do not provide recreational cannabis services, do not dispense product, and do not certify patients outside CURT.
