Renewal Fee

Card validity: one year from the date the certifying physician enters you into the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas. There is no separate state registration fee.

What Is Included

• Telehealth visit with a CURT-registered physician
• CURT entry by the certifying physician on patient approval
• Post-visit support questions within a defined window

What Is NOT Included

• Insurance is not accepted. The Texas Compassionate Use Program is not covered by health insurance under current TX law.
• Dispensary product cost — set by the licensed dispensary, not by Miracle Leaf Texas.
• Any state registration or administrative fee charged outside the physician evaluation.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit, debit, and HSA/FSA. Insurance is not accepted because cannabis remains federally scheduled.
