How Texas medical cannabis evaluation works
Request an appointment
Tell us your qualifying condition under the Texas Compassionate Use Program. Choose a telehealth time that works.
Telehealth evaluation
Video visit with a Texas-licensed, CURT-registered physician. The physician reviews your records and confirms whether you qualify.
CURT registration
The physician records your prescription in the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas. You can then purchase low-THC products from a Texas-licensed dispensary.
Qualifying conditions under the Texas CUP
Texas HB 1535 expanded the Compassionate Use Program to cover the conditions below. A CURT-registered physician confirms eligibility during your evaluation.
CURT-registered physicians, named and credentialed
Every Miracle Leaf Texas evaluation is performed by a Texas-licensed physician registered with the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas. Physicians are listed by full name, Texas Medical Board license number, and NPI on the physician roster. Generic, anonymously authored medical content does not meet Texas Medical Board telehealth standards — and it should not meet your standard either.
Transparent pricing
Texas medical cannabis evaluations are not covered by insurance. Every cost in the CURT certification process is disclosed up front on the pricing page: the telehealth evaluation fee, any renewal fees, and the cost of products from a TX-licensed dispensary (set by the dispensary, not by us).
